Nano Cafe Two in Monrovia

I would recommend coming here. The prices are a little pricey but it's OK and worth the flavor. The coffee is really good to. Coffee doesn't taste watered down and doesn't taste over burnt. I did bring a $5 coupon for spending $30. One downside but I still get 5 stars is that this place had a piece of hair stuck in the Monte cristo. The hollandaise sauce on the some and the benedict was more on the sour side but still flavorful.

Everything is fresh & delicious. Service is excellent. Price is fair. Definitely sharing with all & I will come back!

Great food, great service!

Came in for breakfast/ brunch. It was busy, but servers were attentive to us! I ordered Chorizo scramble that came with hash brown and toasts, and cinnamon roll French toast.Chorizo scramble: server offered us salsa with it. It's scramble egg with onion, tomato, and bell peppers. The hash brown was crispy! They served the toast with butter spreader on it! Love it! Cinnamon roll French toast: it is special! They sliced a cinnamon roll for French toast! The salt from the butter match well with the sweetness of the cinnamon roll! It goes well with black coffee! Will come back again for sure!

Nano never fails. The food is always good and despite the busy crowd the wait wasn't too bad. Then again, we did go on a Thursday morning/afternoon. Fresh quality food. My mom's favorite is their Belgian waffles with strawberries and cream.

This is a very nice cafe. Everyone is very friendly and service is prompt. I've been coming here for years now and the food has always been good. My only complaint is the portion size. Sometimes it's excellent, sometimes it's not. With the Lox Bagel (or really any of their dishes containing salmon), the amount of salmon and the cost doesn't quite feel right.

This is a precious gem, hard to find ( 5 Star Covid 19 minded ) restaurant. Lovely outside dining using excellent protocol and impeccable food and service.If you love a hearty breakfast ranging from simple to eggs Benedict or a Omelette this is awesome place to go to you will not be disappointed.

What a great breakfast I asked for fruit and I got a master's piece

Strongly recommend. I came with my friends and family many times. Love this cozy place. Price is very fair and size is good. Service there is one of the best in LA without any doubts. Waitresses are very kind.Sometimes, I came alone before my morning class started, ordering a cup of coffee and omelette to get ready my day. :)

Great variety of food big portions.

This place has an outdoor patio dining area and inside dining while practicing social distancing during covid-19. Their food is outstanding and large portions for the price. We missed a meal in our order for online ordering they apologized and gave us free drinks and quickly made the missed meal for us. Excellent food, quiet location and worth every penny.

Food was delicious! Services was prompt, and very observant to our needs from a distance...for example, never had to ask for refill of coffee as the hot coffee appeared at our table as my cup emptied. Prices were very fair. Servings we're quite adequate! I certainly will become a regular customer !!

Low quality food, within the same category of artificial tasting breakfast food, IHOP is better than this place. They use the cheapest delivery boxes. The waffle looked and tasted like plastic bag, they probably made it with the cheapest waffle mix without adding real milk or eggs. The potato and egg tasted like they were made with artificial powder and water.

Food is good but staff is rude unprofessional

The egg Benedict was pretty good. Also, the eggs and bacon w/pancake combo was pretty good except for the pancakes we're a little hard to eat plus the coffee didn't really taste all that good. Although atmosphere and retro dinner is an experience plus the food presentation is pry awesome.

Diner run by an Asian family and what a surprise! It's down right good. I had some lox scramble and Kimchi fries and that was amazing. Decently price but certainly not cheap. 5 star taste without the crazy 5 star price.

One of the better diners in this area. Good food, kinda crowded during the weekend but that's expected in every diner for the breakfast rush. Coffee is just so-so.Not terribly expensive but not the cheapest.... for a diner: my breakfast with coffee and oj was$24 with tip. The service is always excellent. I will probably go back and try one of their breakfast specials. Recommended.

I really like this place, they serve breakfast all day till they close at 3 p.m. I went during lunch time, but still ended up ordering a chicken fajita omelette. The food was good, very filling, when dinner came around later that night I was barely hungry. Would definitely go back again.

The people that work at Nano Cafe are extremely nice. The daily special breakfasts are great value. All under $8 per dish. A great place for seniors to have breakfast or lunch. The coffee is the best premium grade.

Food was excellent. I was very surprised by the size of everything. They are very generous with their food portions. They give you a caddy full of delicious jams and they gave us extra side of salsa for my ranchero.

This is a favorite for the wife and I. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is incredibly good. Parking is limited so be sure to get there early but if you get a spot you'll be rewarded with very good breakfast.

Good food, friendly staff, and no long wait. My friend and I came to eat here after our hike at Hermit Falls. I got the Banana Walmut Waffle combo and my friend got the French toast combo. We I had a positive experience and you can’t go wrong eating here!

One of the best random neighborhood breakfast spots I've randomly ended up in. Not greasy, popular menu items and more interesting ones. I had an asparagus and mushroom omelet. It was amazing. I understand why this place was busy

The best fried chicken I've ever had. I love coming here. I normally don't like chunky fries but these are good. It comes with soup but I ate it already lol. They have different soups for each day. Today was Italian wedding soup. So good :) I've also had their split pea which is amazing!

Blackboard specials made the great food even better! Sue is charming an attentive to your every need. Highly recommend!

My most favorite breakfast spot in the 626 area. It's hard to find good breakfast around here unless you're looking for dim sum so to have Nano just a few minutes away from me is a blessing. I highly highly recommend this place for your eggs and bacon needs. The servers are these adorable corky women who are so friendly and welcoming. Defiantly a place with a lot of regulars. Which is the kind of place I love to eat at. Food that keeps them coming back for more!

Nice mom and pop feel. Didn't realize how popular they were just stumbled upon this spot and we were in love. The waitress was accomodating. The seating is pretty small but the food was amazing. I got the cinnamon French toast breakfast and those things were not too sweet so you can adjust the sweetness with syrup. The biscuits and gravy here was good as well. The seating is wide so everyone whose eating can see everyone. Be friendly and enjoy your meal :) it's worth it. They got their own parking lot as well

Nano Cafe is a small quaint diner that offers breakfast and lunch. Interior dining space was a bit small but its atmosphere was very chill and welcoming. I came for the first time and ordered their veggie omelette w/ fruits and wheat toast, french toast and coffee. Ample of serving but the veggie omelette was mediocre in flavor compared to the french toast and fruits. The vegetables seem over cooked and appear old. I have had better veggie omelettes. Coffee was good. The staff and owner were very nice, attentive and amiable. Prices were fair and competitive. Parking lot was small. Overall I had a good order take-out but was a little disappointed with my omelette.

I'm giving this little gem 5 stars because everything across the board was great! There was lots of parking, we sat down right away! Our server was funny and super nice. And obviously our food was hot and delicious! I didn't post pictures of our food cause I was starving . We had French toast, country fried steak, and eggs Benedict! All were tasty.

Very friendly and attentive staff. There was not much of a wait at 11am on a Sunday and the food came out real quick. Prices are reasonable and the portions are great. I would not recommend this place for a large group,and the parking lot is very small but there is plenty of street parking.

Great little cafe with classic breakfast eats

It's just a diner! BUT it is good at being a diner. Large portions, friendly service, reasonable price. I agree with a few reviews about the food coming out cold. Mine came out right away, but was cool to the touch. I think they precook the meats and add them without reheating adequately.
